In pursuit of enhancing staff engagement and boosting motivation, the management and HR department of Petronas SIC have engaged Start iiX to propose a customized in-house training program, “Be the Best Version of You.” The proposed program is scheduled to take place at Sepang International Circuit, with associated expenses eligible for reimbursement through HRDC. This two-day program will combine lectures, classroom engagements, role-play, impromptu scenarios, and planned activities, all delivered in an engaging and experiential setting.
